US stainless mill, AK Steel raises base prices
US mill, AK Steel will increase base prices for all its stainless steel products, effective with shipments from 6 July onwards, the company says. AK Steel said that all automotive grades will be increased by $40 per ton, and that all non-automotive grades will be increased by $200-$300/t, depending on the product.
