Russian HRC shipments to US tumble, reports DOC
Last month, Russia has again slipped in the list of top steel exporters to the US, according to the latest figures from the US Department of Commerce. The 30% decline year-on-year in Russian steel shipments partly reflects Washington's decision to revoke the suspension agreement with Russia, whereby Russian exports of hot rolled coil had previously been exempt from anti-dumping duties (see Kallanish 23 Dec).
