US assigns preliminary dumping rates against Korea, Turkey pipe imports

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced preliminary antidumping margins of 2-10% in a trade case investigating imports of welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey. DOC determined preliminary margins of 2.52% and 2.67% respectively for Korea’s SeAH Steel and Hyundai Hysco.
