UK manufacturing PMI grows to 7 month high as export markets toughen
Growth continued in the UK manufacturing sector in February according to the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS). Growth rates in output and new orders both strengthened and the domestic market remains solid, but export orders decreased. Both Input costs and output prices fell further during the month, CIPS confirms.
