UAE leads Middle East DRI output growth in June
Direct reduced iron production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by the World Steel Association’s monthly report inched up 7% on-year in June to 2.29 million tonnes. This was led by United Arab Emirates, Qatar and the region’s largest producer, Iran, Kallanish learns from worldsteel.
