Mexico's Tyasa signs off on new Quantum EAF

Mexican long steel producer Talleres y Aceros (Tyasa) has signed off with plant supplier, Primetals Technologies on completion of its new mini-mill in Ixtaczoquitlan, in the Mexican state of Veracruz.
