Turkish exporters seek new markets after Q1 shipments fall 8.8%

Turkish steel exports declined -8.8% year-on-year in the first quarter to 4.21 million tonnes. This happened as the three months came to an end with worsening geopolitical conditions in the crucial Middle East and Africa market, the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB) tells Kallanish.
