Ukraine scrap exports increase as domestic users suffer; Interpipe
Ukrainian domestic steel producers are being affected by a lack of scrap, supplies of which are being directed towards export, says pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe. The shortfall in scrap for domestic consumption in June was 100,000 tonnes or 26% of demand.
