Tubacex completes IBF acquisition
Spanish seamless stainless steel tube producer has Tubacex has notified the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV) that its acquisition of Italian tubemaker IBF SpA has been completed. The acquisition was originally announced in November, Kallanish notes.
Tubacex has acquired 65% of the shares in the Italian company with an option to take the remaining 35%, the company confirms.
