Tubacex completes Prakash Steelage acquisition
Tubacex has completed the acquisition of a 68% stake in the stainless steel seamless tube division of India’s Prakash Steelage, the Spain-based tubemaker tells Kallanish. The operation, located near Mumbai, has a workforce of 250 employees and a turnover of €25 million ($27.7m).
