Spain's Tubacex acquires Italy's IBF SpA
Stainless steel seamless tube producer Tubacex is in the process of acquiring the Italian tubemaker IBF SpA. The Spanish company has notified Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) about the purchase, Kallanish learns.
