Italy's Siderpotenza has cartel fine appeal rejected by EU court
The EU Court of Luxembourg has rejected an appeal lodged by Siderpotenza (SP) SpA over a fine imposed in 2009. SP was one of a group of Italian companies accused of having formed a steel sector cartel for rebar between 1989 and 2000.
