Ternium sees softening Q2 shipments in Mexico, recovery in Argentina
Despite strong underlying demand, Ternium expects shipments in Mexico to soften in the second quarter due to high levels of imports and destocking in the value chain. A recovery of shipments in Argentina will offset the decrease in Mexico, resulting in stable overall Q2 shipments, the company says.
