Taigang completes annealing upgrade
China’s Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Taigang) has completed a refit of an annealing line at its No. 2 stainless cold rolling plant, according to project contractor MCC Tiangong. The company is hoping to increase production this year in order to regain its crown as the world’s top stainless steel producer, Kallanish notes.
