Steel output slow to kick off Iranian year
Iranian crude steel production in the second month of the Iranian year increased 2% on-year to 1.46 million tonnes, Kallanish learns from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro). The second month of the Iranian calendar ends on 21 May. Output in the two months to 21 May was flat on-year at 2.88mt.
