Spanish vehicle production grows strongly in January
Vehicle production in Spain continues on the upswing. Following strong growth in 2014, January output continued the trend Kallanish learns from Anfac, the Spanish association of motor manufacturers. The upsurge since 2013 has been supported by a Spanish government-backed scrappage initiative.
Vehicle production in Spain In January 2015 grew by 23.5% year-on-year to 216,124 units. Vehicle production for export increased by 19.6% y-on-y to 175,031 units.
