South Korea finds injury from Chinese H-beams
Imports of Chinese H-beams to South Korea have caused a decline in market share for domestic producers, the South Korean Trade Commission said Friday. The decision means Korea will almost certainly impose anti-dumping duties on the product as the commission found that H-beams were sold below “fair value” in December 2014, Kallanish notes.
