Shandong scrap traders squeezed by falling prices
Scrap dealers in Shandong are coming under increasing pressure as scrap prices in the region have fallen Yuan 300/tonne, or almost 19%, over the last two months, according to local media monitored by Kallanish. Dealers have been forced to trade at a loss to maintain cash flow and keep up with loan repayments, the Weihai Evening News reports.
