Scrap shortages seen hampering Ukraine's steel export competitiveness

Persistent shortages of domestic scrap will hamper the competitiveness of Ukrainian steelmakers in export markets, according to Ukrainian EAF-based steelmaker and seamless pipe producer Interpipe.
