Salzgitter U.S. offshoots land major shale gas pipe order
German steelmaker Salzgitter says that two of its subsidiary companies in the United States. Berg Steel Pipe Corp. and Berg Spiral Pipe Corp have won the largest single order in Berg’s corporate history. The two companies, based in Mobile and Panama City, are part of Europipe GmbH, Salzgitter’s Mülheim, Germany-based joint venture with Dillinger Hüttenwerke.
