Safeguard duties, 'dumped' products hit Turkeys H1 steel exports
Turkey’s steel exports went down -11.1% year-on-year to 8.2 million tonnes in the first half of the year, while their value dropped -23.6% to $5.3 billion. The exports were affected by shipments of “dumped” products by some countries and the introduction of safeguard duties by others, the Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB) says.
