Ryerson acquires Tennessee bar and plate processor
US distributor Ryerson has acquired Southern Tool Steel, a privately-owned metals service centre headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Southern Tool, specialising in bar and plate processing, as well as grinding capabilities, adds a large and highly-diversified account base to Ryerson’s portfolio. Its two locations and 90 employees service the south-eastern US.
