Prospective Turkish CR and tinplate jv secures bank loan to finance output
Japanese-Turkish cold roller, coil coater and tinplate joint venture Tosyali Toyo Celik has secured $297 million in financing from a consortium of banks. Construction of the 600,000 tonnes/year capacity plant began in January (see Kallanish, 7 January).
