Primetals to build Erdemirs second galvanizing line
Turkey’s largest flat steelmaker, Erdemir, has contracted Primetals Technologies France to install a 350,000 tonnes/year galvanizing line to expand its Eregli steelworks’ current galvanizing capacity.
The $120 million galvanizing line will be an addition to Erdemir’s current cold rolling substructure at the Eregli plant in northern Turkey, the Borsa Istanbul-listed company says in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
