Prelim dumping margins on Turkish standard pipe set in US review

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has set preliminary dumping margins for standard pipe imports from Turkey during the one-year period ended 30 April 2014. The DOC determined weighted-average dumping margins of 3.16% for the Borusan group and 1.77% for Toscelik Profil, according to government documents reviewed by Kallanish.
