Posco could start China Finex project in February
South Korea’s Posco may be able to start construction of a long-delayed Finex steelworks project with China’s Chongqing Iron and Steel (Chonggang) as early as February, according to Korean media reports. The troubled plan continues to face significant hurdles and doubts however, Kallanish notes.
