Polish stainless use growth seen outpacing Western Europe
Polish stainless steel consumption is forecast to increase 5-6% annually in the coming years thanks to demand from the automotive, white goods and energy sectors. This will outpace growth in Western Europe, foreseen at 2% in the same period, according to Malgorzata Gawelda, chief executive of Aperam Stainless Services & Solutions Poland.
