Pittini interested in Riva's mill in Verona
Italian longs maker, Pittini Group, is reportedly interested in the acquisition of Riva Acciaio’s site in Verona, Northern Italy, Kallanish learns from industry sources.
While the group did not comment the operation, last week the company initiated the preliminary trade union procedure which usually anticipates a merger, transfer or demerger, union sources reveal.
