Pakistan Steel nears full shutdown over energy payment issue
Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) continues to lurch from potential disaster to potential disaster, Kallanish notes. Its failure to pay energy bills has now led to a virtual shutdown of steelmaking operations, the company says in a statement on its website.
