Pakistan CR mill sees new import duty boosting sales, on course for capacity expansion
The implementation last month by Pakistan’s government of a 5% duty on cold rolled coil and hot-dip galvanised coil imports is likely to improve the business scenario for International Steels Limited (ISL) this year. The cold roller and galvaniser’s CRC and HDG capacity expansions are also on course for completion by mid-2015, Kallanish learns from ISL.
