PSM lowers prices to spur inventory sell-off
Pakistan Steel (PSM) has reduced its product prices for the third time in August, this time by PKR 3,000-7,000/tonne ($29-67), Kallanish learns from the state-owned steelmaker. This is in an attempt to spur sales to generate funds, at a time when production is halted due to gas shortages.
