NSSMC coke oven unlikely to restart soon
The accident prone coke plant at Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation’s (NSSMC) Nagoya works is unlikely to restart any time soon, analysts say. The Nagoya plant suffered four power failures and an explosion at its coke plants in 2014, forcing it to launch an expensive overhaul of its ageing coking units, Kallanish notes.
