Mexico sets provisional duties on HRC from Germany, France, China

Mexico has announced a series of provisional duties on hot-rolled coils manufactured in Germany, China and France, Kallanish learns from the Mexican ministry of economy. The decision follows the results of an ongoing investigation into unfair trade practices.
