Mexico extends trade barriers with HRC probe
Mexico could extend its trade barriers on steel significantly following the initiation of an investigation into imports of hot rolled from China, France and Germany, Kallanish notes. The investigation came at the behest of domestic producers, which have asked that duties of up to 102.9% be imposed.
