Mexico's Simec asks NAFTA to reverse US rebar anti-dumping ruling

Mexican steelmaker Simec has filed a request to the NAFTA secretariat to reverse an anti-dumping decision set by the US Department of Commerce (Commerce), media sources say. "Simec is exercising appropriate legal action against the NAFTA panel, to reverse the imposed dumping fee”, the company says in a media report monitored by Kallanish.
