Kyoei cites bad weather in delaying Vietnam longs expansion
Japanese longs producer, Kyoei Steel, has again delayed the expansion of its rebar plant in Vietnam, citing poor weather and the need to make minor adjustments for easier maintenance. The delay comes despite a pick-up in the domestic longs market, Kallanish notes.
