Krakatau sells land as it fights losses
Indonesia’s PT Krakatau has been restructuring and investing in new capacity in order to ward off the losses it booked in the first half of the year. The company sold a 50-hectare lot of land at its Cilegon steelworks to Lotte Group and has up 150 hectares of land still unoccupied, Kallanish notes.
