Korea rules Chinese H-beams dumped
The Trade Commission of South Korea has ruled that Chinese H-beams have been dumped in the country below fair market value in a preliminary ruling last week. Korea’s imports of the product from China have been falling steadily for months already because of the investigation, Kallanish notes.
