JSW extends Italian pipemaker Sertubi's lease
Duferco and JSW Steel have signed an agreement to extend the lease on pipemaker Sertubi’s plant in Trieste (north-east Italy), Kallanish learns. Sertubi supplies cast iron pipes for water services.
According to information provided by trade union sources, the Indian steelmaker will continue to run the plant and promises to maintain current factory staffing level of approximately 70 people.
