Italy may rely less on scrap imports in 2015: Assofermet
Italian steel trade association Assofermet says that Italy may become a less attractive target for global scrap exporters in 2015. Italian scrap output may increase in the rest of 2015 due to a slight recovery of some industrial sectors that are producing more metal waste, this will result in a decrease in imports, an Assofermet executive tells Kallanish.
