Iranian slab producer sees exports surge 188% in last six months
Iran’s Hormozgan Steel exported 176,000 tonnes of slab in the six months ending 22 September, a surge of 188% year-on-year, with most product going to Europe and Asia, according to the firm’s marketing manager, Mehdi Shokrizadeh.
