Iran plans new coal concentrate plant to support growing BF-based output
The Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro) is constructing a new 400,000 tonnes/year coking coal concentrate plant at the Khomrud mine. This is designed to supply Iran’s growing blast furnace-based steelmaking capacity.
