Iran needs to hike flats import duty to 40%, says Mobarakeh chief
The chief of Iran’s largest steelmaker, Mobarakeh Steel, and head of the Iranian Steel Producers Association has called on the government to hike flat product import duties further. This is to reflect the decline in global steel prices.
