Hebei plans three new steelmakers to consolidate capacity
Northern China’s Hebei, the largest steelmaking province in the country, has created three new entities to take control of 16.2 million tonnes/year of steelmaking capacity, which will be relocated from heavily polluted urban areas, Xinhua reports.
