Hebei Steel and Magang swell worldsteel ranks
The World Steel Association (worldsteel) last week welcomed several new members to its ranks. The most noteworthy newcomers were China’s Hebei Iron and Steel Group and Magang which together bring nearly 65 million tonnes of crude steel capacity to worldsteel.
