German scrap prices static but seen falling as holidays beckon
Prices for ferrous scrap have been resolutely unmoved in Germany for a couple of months, but will have to be adjusted downwards as summer holidays begin in some states, sources say. This could be by €10-15/tonne ($11.2-16.8/t), Kallanish hears.
