German crude steel falls 4% in March
German crude steel production fell by 4% last month to just under 3.9 million tonnes, compared with March 2014, says the country's steel association, Wirtschaftsvereinigung Stahl (WV Stahl). For the first quarter of 2015, the year-on-year decline in output was 2%, down to 11.1mt, the association tells Kallanish.
