German consumers book 2% more steel in 2014, at 39mt
Germany’s Wirtschaftsvereinigung Stahl (WV Stahl) has announced the first increase in deliveries of finished steel products to German consumers since 2011. Volumes were up 2% year-on-year to 39 million tonnes in 2014, reports Hans Jürgen Kerkhoff, WVStahl president.
