GM to invest additional $245 million in Michigan auto plant
General Motors (GM) will invest $245 million in its Orion Assembly plant in Michigan to support the launch of an all-new vehicle program. The automaker's announcement is part of a planned $5.4 billion investment program for its US manufacturing operations over the next three years.
