Ghidini family shows interest in acquiring part of Stefana, unions say
The industrial plan developed to save troubled Italian steelmaker Stefana from bankruptcy involves the acquisition of some of the company’s assets by the Ghidini family-owned firm, Gip srl, local trade union sources tell Kallanish.
